Section 66

Every person who unlawfully shoots kills or takes the female of a totally protected wild animal or of a totally protected wild bird is guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding four thousand dollars or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding three years or to both.
